We were constantly staring in the sky at the formations of birds going through town this spring.
One Sunday Tyler was watching them out his window of the car and said, "Hey Mommy! Look! How did they know my name?" "What are you talking about Tyler?" "Well, mommy, look, they are in the shape of a T!!!" It was quite hilarious that he noticed what odd shape they were forming, and that it happened to be a T.
Anyhow, this is a picture of our view across from our house...all that white is NOT snow, it is a VERY large flock of birds stopping for a little break, and a snack, in the fields across the way. It was pretty cool...and LOUD!

How interesting! I didn't know that about the birds. And those pictures your neighbor took of the boys . . . . ADORABLE!
Jacob is looking like a big boy lately. He's grown so much! very cute!
that reminds me how many moons ago when your brother Jonathan was Tyler's age and we were at lake Allatoona in GA . The drought was fierce and the lake was almost totally dry. As we were in awe at the sight a large migration of geese flew right over our heads. I used this as a teaching moment to point out how they flew in the form of a V shape. Just then,Jonathan ran after the flock across the dry lake bed , his eyes raised to the sky and yelling " Make a T! Make a T!" He would have loved to see Tyler's T then and now too still....thanks for the pictures and the cute story.
