We've been home for a full day and a half now. Jacob is doing great, and I am finally getting some energy back. Tyler loves his little brother but is starting to show signs of jealousy...but not too bad yet. He likes to imitate things that Jacob does and it is so funny. When Jacob is eating or sucking on a pacifier (or "pas" as Tyler has named it) he'll make a sucking face with his lips. When Jacob is crying and moving his arms all around Tyler fake cries with a huge grin and moves his arms around the same way.
I can't help but look at my two boys and feel an overwhelming sense of greatfullness to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with these two sweet spirits. They are the joy of my life! Being a mom is rough, but the blessings far outway the hardships involved! (I'll just have to remind myself of that sometimes haha)

Awww! There will be jealousy and it will change forms as time goes on, but it is so worth it! I love seeing siblings interact! It's always helpful to remind ourselves that we really did want this when times get tough. I'm glad things are going so well. I packed up the wrap/sling but wasn't there one other thing you wanted? Also, do you want breast pads? I have an unused box (lansinoh).
Glad to hear you are feeling well and back at home! :)
Having two boys is the best! Caleb showed a little jealousy but it's turned into love! And even now that Jakey is 2, Caleb still tries to copy things that Jakey will do. :) It is really cute!!
Congratulations you guys! He is so cute!
