Every year the Mormon Trail Center here in Omaha hosts a Gingerbread display where anyone can bring their home made gingerbread creation to display for the month of December. We have loved coming to this every year, and are always amazed at the creativity people have! This year we didn't quite make it to the display before my hip surgery, but I was determined to go, so we went, crutches and all (thank goodness the room wasn't too big).
