Lately...

Tyler started preschool a few weeks back and absolutely loves it. He is in a class with 11 boys and 5 girls....needless to say those teachers are my heroes! His teachers names are Mrs. Marshall and Mrs. Achenbach (Tyler goes around singing Mrs. A's name because he likes it so much) Tyler being around that many boys has begun to show through his new found energy level...that NEVER dies out. He is learning so much! The other day he found a little american flag we have and started saying the Pledge of Allegiance! He is ALWAYS full of questions for us wondering how this and that works or how something is made. He loves to practice writing his letters and his artwork is starting to turn from scribbles to actual pictures...as some cousins have found on their recent birthday cards. He can drive us completely bonkers sometimes and make us laugh and smile other times. He loves playing with Jacob, and sometimes gets a little too rough with him...but Jacob has learned how to fend himself. Tyler loves to make up wierd games for us to play, and still loves playing the Wii- he asks to play it constantly.

He says so many funny things lately as well. An example from just last week:We had just bought a belt for him that he has been so proud to have and we were talking about it. He then asked me, "Mommy, does Heavenly Father wear a belt?" (with a huge grin on his face) "I really don't know Tyler, maybe you'll find out one day" He then smiled even bigger, looked up toward heaven and said giggling, "Heavenly Father, do you wear a belt?" (I guess our lessons to him on how you can go to Heavenly Father with any question have worked)
